Job summary

Aristeo Construction in Livonia, MI is seeking a Self-Perform Superintendent to lead field crews on complex projects. The role requires strong organizational skills and a minimum of 5 years of construction management experience. Successful candidates will manage staffing needs, ensure safety protocols, and establish relationships with Union representatives. Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management and/or craft supervision experience.
• Must be currently affiliated with a union trade.
• Valid chauffeur's license or higher.

Responsibilities

• Manage self-perform trade crews, ensuring safety and coordination.
• Oversee staffing and workforce planning.
• Interface with Union representatives and develop relationships.
• Manage manpower, tools, and equipment dispatch.
• Drive productivity and quality through audits and coaching.
• Partner with the Project Manager on project goals and needs.

Education

4 year engineering degree or equivalent

STSC Certification preferred
