Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contact patients by phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding balances.
• Process account work queues to perform collection activities and investigate balances.
• Set up and monitor payment plans according to guidelines.
• Provide financial counseling and assist with Carle Financial Assistance and other discounts.
• Identify and resolve billing and insurance errors to ensure accurate billing.
