• One year of office experience.
• Previous collection experience beneficial.
• Patient accounts or insurance billing experience beneficial.

• Provides lasting impression of Billings Clinic Patient Financial Services Department to patients and family members.
• Answers multi-line phone system and responds to questions from patients, reconciles account balances and addresses complaints.
• Verifies and/or obtains all payments on self-pay balances following policies.
• Interviews patients or family regarding finances on past due accounts and establishes payment arrangements.
• Ensures compliance with FDCPA and TCPA regulations in collection practices.
• Works with insurance call center to ensure claims have appropriate information for submission.
