The position is contract-based with pay of $25–$28 per hour, typically 30+ hours per week, and requires lifting over 50 pounds and a valid driver’s license. No CDL is required for this field service work.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service, dealership repair, manufacturing, or similar environments.
• Proficient with mechanical and electrical tools and measurement equipment.
• Ability to assemble/disassemble equipment and work with AC/DC electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D mechanical drawings.
• Strong computer skills and logical troubleshooting approach.
• Attention to detail and dependable, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wiring harnesses, cables, connectors, and electronic modules.
• Install and replace sensors including LiDAR, cameras, and ultrasonic units.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on self-driving delivery robots.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues including battery and suspension.
• Investigate breakdowns, complete repairs, and test equipment.
• Travel between local locations to provide onsite support.
• Support prototyping, inventory management, and R&D projects.
