Citizen Advocates is seeking a Fiscal Intermediary Associate to administer Self-Direction services and support program growth. The role involves coordinating with Support Brokers, participants and family Circle of Support to ensure budgets and plans are properly managed and compliant.

Qualificações

• Associates Degree in Human Services or Business/Accounting.
• 1 year experience in a Human Services position.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Self-Directed Services and Fiscal Intermediary services.
• Maintain professional relationships with Support Brokers, participants and Circle of Support.
• Ensure paperwork, Life Plans and Staff Action Plans are completed timely and compliant.
• Collaborate with Brokers to develop/amend budgets per participant wishes.
• Assist with hiring Self-Hired Staff and provide training on service provision and software.
