Job summary

ARISE CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICE INC in Clay, NY is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join a self-directed support team. This per diem/part-time role offers about 30 hours per week and supports individuals in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background and employment screenings.
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience working in a self-directed home setting preferred.
• Must meet all Indera FI employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support to individuals in home and community.
• Promote independence and community integration.
• Assist with daily living activities as directed by self-directed plan.
• Coordinate with the Fiscal Intermediary (FI) to ensure compliance and scheduling.
