Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group is seeking a Self-Determination Coordinator to support individuals with developmental disabilities and families. The role involves coordinating placements, onboarding, and scheduling while maintaining records and ensuring program compliance.

Strong communication and a relevant degree are required. Responsibilities include collaborating with FMS, facilitators, and staff, recruiting qualified professionals, and assisting with payroll and timecards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Self-Determination program experience.
• Professional communication and prompt follow-through.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (or equivalent).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Valid driver’s license; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with FMS, Independent Facilitators, regional center staff, and service providers.
• Recruit, screen, and place candidates in Self-Determination Program roles.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires.
• Serve as main contact for families regarding staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate records of placements, schedules, and performance.
• Support payroll processing and timecard management.
• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and funding requirements.
• Participate in community outreach to promote understanding of the program.
