• Assist the classroom teacher with implementation of instructional activities and EIP requirements.
• Provide individual and small-group academic support under the classroom teacher.
• Reinforce reading, math, communication, social skills, and daily living skills.
• Support routines, transitions, organization, and task completion.
• Assist with behavior intervention plans and positive behavior supports.
• Monitor students to maintain a safe, structured learning environment.
• Collect and document student performance and progress data as directed.
