Accenture Flex in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Quality Engineering professional to lead automated testing initiatives across delivery teams. You will champion end-to-end quality, mentor engineers, and drive a shift to predictive, automated testing practices using Selenium and related tools.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, an associate degree (or higher), and a proven track record in test automation strategy, execution, and framework design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Your role will focus on significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity while evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in quality engineering and automation to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals and delivery timelines.
• Analyze testing outcomes and metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Champion the integration of new tools and technologies to advance the automation capabilities and overall quality standards.
