Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a QA analyst in a technical environment.
• 3–5 years with test management tools (Octane, Quality Center, or Azure DevOps).
• 3–5 years with UI test automation (Selenium, Appium, UFT, TestProject, or MS Test Studio).
• 3 years with API testing.
• 3 years with ETL testing.
• 1–3 years of agile delivery in a matrixed organization.
• Experience with software test automation frameworks.
• Experience maintaining QA tools and CI/CD test execution.
• Awareness of QA trends and best practices.
• Preferred: 3 years with API tools (Postman/ReadyAPI).
• Preferred: 3 years with performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, ReadyAPI).
• Preferred: 3 years with data validation tools (QuerySurge/RightData/PowerCenter).

Responsibilities

• Recommend testing solutions aligned to technologies.
• Ensure QA standards and processes are followed.
• Create automated and manual test scripts.
• Define guidelines, templates, and standards with the automation team.
• Perform peer reviews for automated tests.
• Implement testing tools within CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor team on QA practices and tools.
• Document QA practices and processes.
• Participate in user story grooming with Agile teams.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to change.
• Work independently as a self-starter and contribute to team success.
