Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Selections Coordinator in Mobile, AL. You will guide homeowners through finish and equipment selections for custom pools and outdoor living projects, coordinating the selection process from contract to construction handoff.

You’ll manage deadlines, maintain accurate records and approvals, and collaborate with vendors and the warehouse team to ensure a complete, build-ready selections package at handoff. WFH flexibility when not on appointments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design coordination, selections, or client-facing project coordination.
• Strong eye for finishes and design details.
• Able to discuss options and pricing with clients.
• Excellent organization, documentation, and deadline management.
• Experience with vendor catalogs, lead times, and product availability.
• Pool or residential construction experience preferred.

$40,000–$50,000 + Uncapped Commission

Year 1 OTE

$90,000–$125,000+

Position Overview

Our client, a nationally recognized swimming pool design-build company, is seeking a Selections Coordinator to guide homeowners through finish and equipment selections for custom pools and outdoor living projects.

You’ll manage the selection process from signed contract through construction handoff, ensuring every decision is documented, approved, and completed on schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Guide clients through finish, material, and equipment selections.
• Manage selection deadlines based on construction milestones.
• Maintain accurate selection records and written client approvals.
• Process post-approval changes and prepare related change orders.
• Identify and elevate long-lead items before they impact schedules.
• Maintain product catalogs, samples, vendor availability, and lead-time information.

Compensation & Benefits

• $40,000–$50,000 base salary + uncapped commission.
