Job summary

Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is seeking a Select Guest Concierge to ensure superior service for Select Guests and Barton Creek Members. You will greet guests, resolve complaints, and coordinate with golf and spa staff to arrange experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet Select Guests and resolve Select Guest complaints promptly.
• Identify arriving Select Guests and ensure personalized preferences are set.
• Coordinate with golf/spa staff to arrange tee times and spa appointments.
• Maintain accurate Select Guest information in systems and merge duplicates.
• Prepare daily reports and brief departments on Select Guest expectations.
