Responsibilities

• Greet Select Guests upon arrival and resolve all Select Guest complaints promptly.
• Identify arriving Select Guests and tailor services to guest preferences.
• Coordinate spa appointments and tee times for Select Guest members.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and keep systems updated, merging duplicates when needed.
• Assist with front desk tasks during high-demand periods and support billing inquiries.
