Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires CPI certification.
• Requires Associate degree or related field education.
• Completion of Paraeducator Exam.
• Fingerprint clearance and district clearance.
• Experience with behavior support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group SEL support to students.
• Implement SEL strategies within PBIS framework.
• Collect and analyze student behavior data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff on classroom behavior plans.
• Communicate with families about student progress and resources.
• Maintain student confidentiality and promote a positive learning environment.
