Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) Lead for Irvine, CA or Huntsville, AL, on the IBCS-M program. You will own integration across 1P/3P assets, drive SDK/API connectivity, and lead test campaigns to prove system readiness.

Daily collaboration with software, test, and field teams centers on technical rigor and traceability. You will manage baselines, requirements, and risk while guiding gate reviews and technical substantiation in a fast-moving defense

Qualifications

5+ years in systems engineering, integration, and test in defense/aerospace environments.
Experience leading system integration across hardware/software disciplines.
Hands-on in planning, executing, documenting system-level test campaigns.
Experience owning requirements traceability, configuration management, and risk management.
Strong written and verbal communication, able to present to engineers and government stakeholders.
Able to work across hardware, software, and test disciplines and translate between them.
Must be able to obtain a minimum Secret Clearance.
Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Own the integration of IBCS-M subsystems with hardware, software, and vendor teams.
Define technical test approach, pass/fail criteria, and procedures to prove operational requirements.
Maintain baselines, traceability, and risk management across the lifecycle.
Lead SRR, PDR, CDR, and TRR to demonstrate readiness and gate approval.
