Job summary

MissionSquare seeks a seasoned Seismic administrator to support sales, marketing, and client-facing teams. You will manage content libraries, metadata, permissions, automation rules, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and brand compliance.

The role requires 5+ years governing Seismic and producing regulated materials, with active Seismic certification, and strong collaboration across Marketing, Compliance, and Sales. A bachelor’s degree and experience with Salesforce/ CMS are expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience administering the Seismic platform.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience producing fact sheets or regulated investment materials.
  • Active Seismic certification.
  • Knowledge of content governance, lifecycle management, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems and integrations (e.g., Salesforce, CMS platforms).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting platform issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Seismic platform, including content libraries, metadata, permissions, automation rules, and reporting structures.
  • Coordinate content review, approval, and expiration workflows with Marketing, Compliance, and Sales stakeholders.
  • Monitor and maintain integrations between Seismic and enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, CMS platforms).
  • Deliver training, documentation, and guidance to support user adoption and engagement.
  • Promote governance standards and best practices for platform usage.
