Job summary

MissionSquare is hiring for a Seismic Content Architect role focused on administering the Seismic platform, maintaining content libraries, and ensuring compliance across regulated materials. You will oversee tagging, governance, and integration with Salesforce and CMS platforms to enable accurate, scalable content delivery.

The role requires leadership in content automation, QA, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Compliance, and Sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience administering the Seismic platform.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience producing fact sheets or regulated investment materials.
  • Active Seismic certification.
  • Knowledge of content governance, lifecycle management, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems and integrations (e.g., Salesforce, CMS platforms).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting platform issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Seismic platform, including content libraries, metadata, permissions, automation rules, and reporting structures.
  • Configure and support content automation tools to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
  • Perform regular audits to maintain content quality, metadata consistency, and platform hygiene.
  • Manage intake, processing, and publishing of content, ensuring proper tagging, categorization, and governance adherence.
  • Execute quality assurance reviews of materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate content review, approval, and expiration workflows with Marketing, Compliance, and Sales stakeholders.
  • Support development of curated pages, RFP materials, and specialized content experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain integrations between Seismic and enterprise systems, ensuring reliable data flow.

Essential Functions for this role include:
  • Administer and maintain the Seismic platform, including content libraries, metadata, permissions, automation rules, and reporting structures
  • Configure and support content automation tools (e.g., LiveDocs, Guided Assembly, FreeStyle, Digital Sales Room, Learning) to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand and regulatory standards
  • Perform regular audits to maintain content quality, metadata consistency, and platform hygiene
  • Manage intake, processing, and publishing of content, ensuring proper tagging, categorization, and governance adherence
  • Execute quality assurance reviews of materials (e.g., fact sheets and automated documents) to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate content review, approval, and expiration workflows with Marketing, Compliance, and Sales stakeholders
  • Support development of curated pages, RFP materials, and specialized content experiences
  • Monitor and maintain integrations between Seismic and enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, CMS platforms), ensuring reliable data flow
  • Troubleshoot platform and integration issues, partnering with IT and external support as needed
  • Administer user access, roles, and permissions across the platform
  • Promote governance standards and best practices for platform usage
  • Deliver training, documentation, and guidance to support user adoption and engagement
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Seismic capabilities and provide recommendations for enhancements
  • Partner cross-functionally to support sales readiness and improve productivity
  • Performs other duties as assigned
