MissionSquare in Colorado is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to serve as the primary liaison for strategic client accounts in the public sector retirement arena. You will deliver Visual Analytics dashboards and investment reports, mentor junior team members, lead plan reviews, and advise on plan design and engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in financial services.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 or 65 (preferred).

Salary: $126,560.00 - $196,170.00.

Locations: Colorado, Texas, or Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for strategic client accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals and managing complex relationship needs.
• Prepare and present Visual Analytics dashboards and investment reports to support client decision‑making and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Relationship Managers, sharing best practices and supporting professional development.
• Lead plan reviews and offer strategic recommendations to optimize plan design, investment strategy, and client engagement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
