TJO10X10 Management in Seguin, TX is seeking an assistant property manager to support daily operations of a self-storage facility. You will assist with rentals, customer service, record-keeping, and security to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, communication skills, and basic MS Office abilities; hospitality or retail background is helpful. This role offers growth within a team dedicated to top-notch service.

Qualifications

• High level of customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills on the phone and in person.
• Hospitality background is a plus.
• Retail sales experience is beneficial.
• Basic MS computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through unit rentals and related products.
• Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements.
• Follow up with inquiries to convert to rentals.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to existing customers.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance standards are met.
• Inspect the property, including lock checks.
• Communicate results and updates to District Manager or Leadership Team.
• Maintain accurate record keeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
