Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a research/analyst role (preferred).
• Proficient with Excel (an Excel exercise is part of interview).
• Comfortable with Salesforce 1.0 or 2.0.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience or focus on customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide data-driven analytics and research to drive growth of Paymode.
• Validate information and meet critical deadlines to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaigning processes and standards.
• Track vendor analysis and identify trends to drive revenue.
• Test system enhancements and assist with training new hires.
