• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program

What You Will Be Doing

Are you ready to embark on a meaningful journey and take your career to new heights? As a BCBA Intern, you'll be an integral part of our team, passionate about helping children and committed to excellence. Every individual has their journey, and we're here to guide you on yours!

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shaping the minds of children in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
• Collaborating with BCBAs and our team of dedicated professionals who live by ABC’s core values
• Allocating 8 hours per week outside direct care to work on BDS modules
• Sitting for the BCBA exam within 6 months of joining

What We Offer

• Pay: $24-30/hour based on experience and supervision hours completed
• Potential wage increases every 6 months!
• A guaranteed path to becoming a BCBA with a competitive salary upon passing
• Bonuses based on hours accrued, up to $1,500 per year
• Guaranteed hours: 32-40 hours/week regardless of cancellations
