Job description

Aim Higher ABA provides in-home, daycare-based, and clinic-based ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our clinic location to provide specialized therapy in a supportive, well-equipped environment.

This position involves providing clinic-based ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), working closely with a dynamic team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to implement individualized treatment plans.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties:

1. Provide direct 1-on-1 therapy to clients in the home setting.
2. Implement skill acquisition programs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
3. Collect data and submit session notes regularly.
4. Maintain respect for clients and ensure their safety and well-being during therapy sessions.
5. Work closely with a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans.
6. Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or clinical director.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
