Job description

We are currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for full-time positions working with students in the Wayne, PA area. The RBTs will provide direct one-on-one behavioral interventions in a school setting. Eligible candidates must have a Registered Behavior Technician Certification and up-to-date PA Clearances. The pay rate for these positions will be $30.00 per hour.

Qualifications:
  • Must have a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Must have a HS Diploma
  • Must have up-to-date PA clearances
  • Must have in person CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Must have a recent TB Test/Physical
Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with students who have significant behavioral and/or instructional needs including students who require daily implementation of a crisis management plan; require complex verbal behavior programming; and/or extensive data collection, graphing, and analysis
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a school-based setting
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
  • Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
  • Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
  • Support the BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
  • Ensure that the client is in a safe and positive environment at all times.
