Concierge Care Staffing is looking for dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) for flexible in-home care roles offering competitive hourly pay. Are you passionate about caregiving and ready to work with a company that values your time and talent? Concierge Care is now hiring experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for flexible in-home care roles.
This is a W-2 opportunity with consistent hours, a supportive team, and weekly pay.
Hourly Pay Range: $18–$25/hour
Paid Weekly: Direct deposit every Friday
Flexible Shifts: Choose part-time, PRN, or full-time based on your availability
W-2 Employment: Consistent pay with proper withholdings
Support System: A responsive team that’s here for you
Deliver personalized care including grooming, hygiene, dressing, and mobility support
Provide medication reminders and light wellness monitoring
Offer companionship and assist with safe daily routines
Help with housekeeping tasks like tidying up and meal preparation
Report concerns or changes in client condition to the office team
Active CNA license or Certified HHA certificate (Florida-approved program)
At least one year of hands-on experience in caregiving or healthcare
Current CPR certification (or proof of renewal appointment)
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and compassion
Able to pass all required screenings (background and drug testing if needed)
