Community Resource Network of Florida is looking fora caregiverwho is fun, compassionate, dependable andis committed to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) achieve their highest level of independence and live their best life.

We are seeking a kind, reliable and dedicated caregiver to support a 75-year-old man.He requires a compassionate caregiver to assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, toileting and wheelchair mobility. He enjoys the outdoors, he likes going on rides in the golfcart, loves animals and he is very friendly

This is an independent contract position and pays$15.25 per hour

Schedule: Sat from 8am - 4pm

You will be a good fitfor thisposition if you:

Responsibilities and Duties you can expect in the role:

• Encouraging and supporting the individualduring homeactivities
• Assisting with personal hygiene tasks
• Meal preparation and light cleaning
• Ensuringindividual'ssafety and maintaining a safe living environment
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individual to social events, community outings, such as grocery shopping and appointments
• Promote communication, choice,independence, and socialization
• Complete daily progress notes
