  • Experience with procurement systems such as SAP, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.

  • Ensure contract compliance, supplier governance, and continuous improvement across procurement processes.
  • Lead and develop one procurement professional and promote collaboration and high performance.

The North America Seeds Production Services Lead is responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that support Corteva’s Seed Production operations across the United States and Canada. The role manages approximately $150MM in annual spend across critical production services, labor, field operations, harvesting, equipment, and other operational categories that enable reliable, efficient, and cost-effective seed production.This position leads sourcing, supplier management, and commercial strategy activities while partnering closely with Seed Operations, Finance, Legal, and other key stakeholders to optimize supplier performance, mitigate supply risk, and deliver measurable business value.
