Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work flexible hours including scheduling needs.
• Forklift certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle seeds for planting, including sorting, packaging, and labeling for distribution.
• Assist in planting and operate seeds planting machinery as needed to meet production schedules.
• Inspect seeds for damage or contamination and ensure quality control.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on seed planting equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of seed batches and planting schedules.
• Report low stock or shortages to supervisors and keep stock logs updated.
• Follow safety guidelines and work with team to meet daily targets.
