The role requires high school diploma and 2+ years in a warehouse setting, with seed industry background preferred. Overtime and weekend duties may be required; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years warehouse or related experience preferred.
• Seed industry or agricultural background desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain seed conditioning, enhancement and packaging equipment.
• Set up and run equipment per work orders and SOPs.
• Ensure accurate weights on packaging orders and report discrepancies.
• Hit or exceed throughput targets while upholding quality standards.
• Assist other logistics stations and departments as needed.
• Perform quality checks and data entry for each process.
• Keep work area clean and organized; support safety programs.
