Job summary

AGRILAND FS is seeking a Seed Warehouse Specialist in Iowa to keep seed operations moving smoothly by receiving, staging, and managing inventory. You will prepare orders for pickup or delivery and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

The role requires ability to lift to 60 pounds, forklift familiarity (training offered if needed), and solid attention to detail. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work in a hands-on, seasonal setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, agriculture, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical duties.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order documentation; detail-oriented and safety-minded.
• Forklift operation ability or willingness to be trained.

Responsibilities

Your Mission

As a Seed Warehouse Specialist, you'll keep our seed operation moving fast and flawlessly-so customers get the right product at the right time. You'll receive and stage seed, maintain accurate inventory records, prepare orders for pickup or delivery, and keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe. You'll also operate forklifts and other equipment, coordinate with teammates to meet tight seasonal timelines, and help resolve order or stock issues quickly.

Required skills/qualifications:

• Warehouse, agriculture, or logistics experience preferred
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and stand, sit, crawl and reach difficult areas as job demands
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order documentation - Strong attention to detail, reliability, and safety mindset
• Ability to operate a forklift (or willingness to be trained)
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
