Job summary

AGRILAND FS is seeking a Seed Warehouse Specialist in Iowa to keep seed operations moving smoothly by receiving, staging, and managing inventory. You will prepare orders for pickup or delivery and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

The role requires ability to lift to 60 pounds, forklift familiarity (training offered if needed), and solid attention to detail. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work in a hands-on, seasonal setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, agriculture, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical duties.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order documentation; detail-oriented and safety-minded.
• Forklift operation ability or willingness to be trained.
• Must be at least 18 and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stage seed to ensure right products are available when needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare orders for pickup or delivery.
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe; operate forklifts as required.
• Coordinate with teammates to meet tight seasonal timelines and resolve order or stock issues quickly.
