Job summary

Centor Europe, a seed coating and biostimulant specialist, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager Seed Technology to develop the German market. You will open doors with seed companies, build long-lasting collaborations, and support technical product introductions.

You will translate customer questions into concrete applications and drive sustainable revenue growth, working with an international R&D and sales team for optimal market development.

Qualifications

• Extensive relevant experience and proven results in sales or business development within the German seed industry or related technical market.
• Willingness to travel ~25–30% within Germany and other European locations a few times per year.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic commercial plan for the DACH market.
• Approach potential customers and build lasting relationships within the German seed industry.
• Introduce the product portfolio and translate customer needs into fitting solutions.
• Initiate and guide product trials with customers as a basis for future orders.
• Develop a sales pipeline and manage the commercial process from first contact to order.
• Collaborate with technical specialists and the international R&D team on customer-focused solutions.
• Monitor market developments, competition, and regulations; represent Centor Europe at trade fairs and conferences.
• Share knowledge with European sales colleagues and act as a mentor where appropriate.
• Travel regularly to customers in DACH countries, mainly Germany, and occasionally to the Netherlands for onboarding.
