Aufgaben

• Lead seed quality and genetics testing, analysis, and data generation in North America for corn, soybean, cotton, sorghum, and vegetable seeds.
• Support up to $8B in commercial fit-for-sale quality decisions.
• Provide analysis, data and results for special projects that move production, testing, and product innovation forward.
• Build a vision and plan for operational excellence together with partners, and drive changes that improve customer experience, operational performance, and operational discipline.
• Model and champion coaching between colleagues, partners, and sites.
