Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in lab management, manufacturing, or customer-facing roles with budgets, projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead seed quality, genetics testing, analysis and data generation for multiple crops.
• Support up to $8B in commercial quality decisions.
• Provide data and results for special projects advancing production and product innovation.
• Drive operational excellence with partners to improve customer experience and performance.
• Coach and mentor colleagues, partners and sites.
