Qualifications

• BS Agriculture related degree or minimum of 10 years of experience in vegetable seed production.
• Strong understanding of regional crop production practices.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to operate a Windows‑based computer system.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all stages of seed production and associated agronomic practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with seed producers.
• Assist in the development of the operating budget.
