Job summary

Aventure Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Production Assistant for an agricultural seed facility in Battle Creek, NE. In this role, you will support seed drying operations, monitor digital fill systems, and maintain complete production records. Pay is $17.00/hour, with Saturday–Tuesday shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (10-hour shifts).

Weekly pay and benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance. A drug screen and background may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to monitor digital data screens.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when completing documentation.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform light to moderate physical labor throughout a 10-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Dryer Operations: Assist with loading, monitoring, and maintaining proper seed drying machinery and temperature controls.
• Computer Monitoring: Continuously track computer systems, digital displays, and automated fills to ensure operational efficiency.
• Documentation: Accurately complete all required operational paperwork, shift logs, and digital fill recordings in a timely manner.
• Quality Assurance: Check batch fill specs and report any system errors or equipment irregularities immediately.
• General Maintenance: Keep drying stations, workstations, and surrounding facility areas clean and safe.
