Qualifications

• Must understand English written and verbal instructions.
• Experience: 1–3 years.
• Basic mechanical/equipment knowledge may be required.

Responsibilities

• Work in different areas of seed production.
• Handle seed processing and packaging, including receiving and scanning seeds, cleaning and treating seeds, sorting and counting seeds, labeling and storing seeds.
• Perform outdoor field work (planting, pollinating, hand harvesting).
• Take notes and enter data; use Excel and handheld devices to record information.
• Help with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting; organize and move seeds into storage areas; maintain accurate seed inventory.
• Follow safety rules and SOPs; may need to work extra hours during peak seasons.
