Responsibilities

• Execute daily seed-processing schedule safely and on time.
• Set up, operate, and monitor seed-cleaning equipment per specs.
• Inspect seed quality and adjust equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate when required.
• Package, label, and stage cleaned products for storage or shipment.
• Prepare outbound shipments and verify documents.
• Load/unload bulk seed shipments safely.
• Assist with receiving and inventory movement.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Cross-train across production and warehouse functions.
