Job summary

KWS Group is seeking a production supervisor to manage seed processing and pre-commercial inventory, using a WMS to drive timely and accurate production orders. The role requires coordinating a team, maintaining quality data, and collaborating across shifts to meet safety and performance standards.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in production, with strong communication, leadership, and MS Office skills. Some travel and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of production experience focusing on seed processing.
• WMS experience is strongly desired.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access).
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage cleaning and treatment processes and team with balance of demand and capacity.
• Monitor continuous improvement and implement ideas; create training programs.
• Update and maintain SOPs; communicate long-term goals to the team.
• Cross-train with production supervisors to align with processing standards.
• Ensure inventory accuracy; correct discrepancies and run corrective actions.
• Develop production and quality reports and monitor data.
