Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of production experience (seed processing preferred), with strong MS Office and WMS skills. Travel may be required and safety PPE is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years of production experience (seed processing preferred).
• WMS experience strongly desired.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

• Manage cleaning and treatment processes and team, balancing demand and capacity.
• Lead continuous improvement and training programs for the team.
• Create and maintain SOPs and communicate long-term goals.
• Cross-train with production supervisors to stay aligned with standards.
• Monitor quality data and adjust processes to meet standards.
• Use a WMS to create, monitor, and close production orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory statuses and address discrepancies.
• Produce reports on production updates and capacity.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams and meetings.
• Domestic travel as needed; ensure PPE compliance.
