Job summary

KWS SAAT SE is seeking a Seed Processing Supervisor for our Tangent, Oregon seed production facility. You will supervise plant operations and personnel with a strong focus on safety, quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include maintaining production flow, training staff, operating MES/SCADA/HMI software, and ensuring SOP and safety policy adherence. A strong, technically skilled leader with forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years or equivalent combination of education and experience in industrial production.
• Proven leadership, communication, organizational and training abilities.
• Strong technical skills and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall quality and production flow, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Supervise and train KWS and seasonal staff in machine operations and quality checks.
• Operate MES, SCADA, and HMI software and support root-cause analysis.
