Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of production experience (seed processing preferred).
• WMS experience strongly desired and ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Access) and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage cleaning and treatment processes and team to balance customer demands.
• Monitor continuous improvement and implement ideas; train and cross-train staff.
• Generate/update SOPs and communicate long-term goals to the team.
• Cross-train with production supervisors to align with processing standards.
• Maintain quality data and adjust processes to meet industry standards.
• Use a WMS to create, monitor, and close production orders.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and address discrepancies with corrective actions.
• Create reports with production updates, quality and capacity data.
• Participate in project teams for production improvement and systems support.
• Attend regular meetings with internal customers and provide progress updates.
• Travel domestically as needed and comply with PPE and safety policies.
