Job summary

Tri Rinse, Inc. is hiring a Production Operator for Ackley, IA. This full-time role focuses on seedbin wash and repair operations on the 2nd shift, with starting pay of $18+ per hour depending on experience.

The position requires maintaining safety, environmental and housekeeping standards, coaching teammates, and generating production data to keep the team on track. Strong teamwork and adaptability are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform manual labor safely.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all safety requirements, environmental and housekeeping standards while performing and monitoring day to day operations.
• Support and coach others to be their best.
• Generate and report on data about our production to help keep the team on track.
• Analyze processes and equipment with high standards to identify areas of improvement.
• Ensure unit policies and procedures are followed and coach others in compliance.
• Provide ongoing training to team members to maintain correct equipment and line operations and procedures.
