Job summary

Tri Rinse is hiring a Production Operator for our Ackley, IA facility, performing seedbin wash and repair on the 2nd shift. Starting pay is $18+ per hour, with experience-based increases.

You will maintain safety and housekeeping standards, coach teammates, and generate production data to keep the team on track in a collaborative, family-owned culture that rewards initiative and teamwork.

There is potential for full-time progression and advancement as skills grow within the role and the company.

What will you be doing?

• Maintain all safety requirements, environmental and housekeeping standards while performing and monitoring day to day operations.
• Support and coach others to be their best.
• Generate and report on data about our production to help keep the team on track.

• Analyze processes and equipment with very high standards to identify areas of operational improvement.
• Ensure unit policies and procedures are being followed in their area of operations and coach others in compliance to policies and procedures.
• Provide ongoing training to team members to maintain correct equipment and line operations and procedures.
• Continue to be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
