Job summary

Experience Champaign Urbana is seeking Production Operators for 2nd or 3rd shifts in Rantoul, IL. Starting pay is $16+/hour based on experience, with additional shift differentials. We offer growth opportunities through our Operator Progression Program and attractive health benefits.

The role includes evaluating, washing, and repairing plastic seed bin containers. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, have experience with hand tools, and are great problem solvers.

Qualifications

• Ability to differentiate between colors, especially red and green.
• Experience in mechanical tasks and troubleshooting equipment.
• Willingness to lead by example in safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate seed bins for necessary repairs.
• Wash seed bins using power sprayers.
• Plastic weld replacement sections using proper techniques.
• Diagnose equipment problems and coordinate with maintenance.
