Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. seeks a hands-on Hub Operations Associate to support the Hub Manager in fertilizer operations, maintenance, and accounting.

You will move product from trains and trucks, operate loaders and forklifts, and help keep the hub safe and efficient. You'll interact with Agronomy and Grain teams, complete outbound loading orders, maintain records, and assist with routine accounting tasks in our software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Operations background preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Knowledge of fertilizers is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Unload fertilizer from train cars and semi-trailers into hub compartments.
• Safely operate heavy equipment including pay-loaders, forklifts, and trucks.
• Perform facility and equipment maintenance and light mechanical work.
• Enter outbound orders into the system for loading onto trailers and carts.
• Organize paperwork and computer documents.
• Communicate with managers, branches, HQ, and customers.
• Work in company accounting program to support operations.
