Job summary

Remington Seeds LLC is seeking a Conditioning Tower Operator to keep tower facilities running smoothly, handling equipment, maintenance, and quality checks to ensure top product quality for customers. The role suits detail-oriented, safety-minded individuals who enjoy hands-on work.

Qualifications

• Must be a positive communicator who works well with others.
• Follows safety and quality guidelines like second nature.
• Comfortable with stairs and occasional ladder climb.
• Experience with seed conditioning/maintenance.
• Able to work independently and stay on track.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Run equipment and minimize downtime.
• Perform safety and quality checks and document them accurately.
• Clean between runs to protect product quality.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and general equipment care.
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and ready to roll.
• Help with other duties as needed.
• May-Sept: 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.; Oct-April: 10 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
