Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks a Mill Associate to handle seed cleaning operations, assist with machinery setup, and coordinate packaging and inventory tasks. You will work closely with the Mill Manager and Farm Manager to plan production workflows and maintain accurate seed records.

The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, operate or learn forklift/skidsteer, and uphold strict safety and record-keeping standards in a farming/warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and document un-cleaned seed inventory.
• Maintain records of each seed lot.
• Set up machines for cleaning and monitor seed quality.
• Maintain machinery setup records for each seed species.
• Pull seed samples for lab tests and label/store properly.
• Coordinate re-cleaning as needed.
• Set up new equipment and adapt processes for seed cleaning needs.
• Ensure safe work environment and proper seed storage procedures.
• Perform other farm and warehouse duties as required.
