Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years (15+ years preferred) of direct environmental consulting experience.
• Detailed understanding of CERCLA and applicable state regulations.
• Established client relationships and regulatory personnel contacts.
• Ability to develop and execute business development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the sediment remediation and waterfront practice.
• Build relationships with clients and regulators to position Geosyntec as a leader.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities via proposals and networking.
• Oversee complex projects from site assessment through remediation design and implementation.
• Provide senior technical oversight on contaminated sediment evaluations.
• Manage budgets, schedules, quality control, and profitability.
• Prepare designs and strategies for sediment and waterfront projects.
• Mentor early- and mid-career staff and manage subcontractors.
• Represent Geosyntec at conferences and professional forums.
