Summit Spine and Joint Centers in Warner Robins, GA, seeks a part-time/PRN Sedation Registered Nurse to join the ASC nursing team, focusing on conscious sedation for outpatient surgical cases and high-quality patient care.

You will monitor patients, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with physicians. Requires GA RN license, BLS/ACLS, and prior conscious sedation experience; ER/ICU background preferred. Monday availability with 2-3 days per week is expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• ER or ICU nursing experience preferred.
• Prior conscious sedation experience required.
• Familiarity with medical software and clinical equipment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide conscious sedation services for outpatient surgical cases.
• Manage the care of assigned patients using clinical knowledge, sound judgment, and decision-making skills appropriate for the patient population.
• Deliver patient care utilizing standardized, evidence-based guidelines and appropriate resources.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition, administer medications, and document all encounters and progress notes.
• Communicate with collaborating physicians and specialists regarding patient care.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Develop care plans and provide emotional support to patients and family members.
