Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hosting security open interviews for full time and part time roles at 2201 San Pedro Drive Ste 225 Bldg #2, ABQ, 87110. Walk-ins welcome every Wednesday from 10AM to 2PM, with a wage range of $16.50-$18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include post orders, access control, patrolling, and providing customer service while reporting safety issues. Candidates should have a HS diploma, be 18+, possess basic computer skills, and stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
